This is a fast, healthy and filling breakfast full of great slow release carbohydrates, protein and calcium. Perfect to stabilise those blood sugar levels and keep you full all morning which can help with any weight loss goals.
1/2 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup nutty muesli (click here to see the recipe) OR use store-bought muesli
Step 1: Put 1/3 of the muesli mix into the jar, followed by 1/3 of the yoghurt and 1/3 of the chopped banana.
Step 2: Repeat until all the mixture is gone. You should have 3 layers.
